Statewide Forklifts, provides a genuine Australian family inspired service. A service, that started off small in 1999, and has now evolved to be one of the most trustworthy and reliable forklift specialists in Australia.
After 4 years of managing his on-site services, Lou was joined by his brother Steve in 2002. The company picked up, with them buying their own workshop and office in Minchinbury, NSW. They continued to thrive, providing their customers with the Exceptional Service & Support which, to this day, is the Statewide Forklifts mission statement.
As the company grew, so did the demand, and so it wasn't long before they needed to expand their products and services. They started by purchasing used machines for their rental fleet and for resale. In 2008 they bought the Budget Forklifts NSW Company, which enabled them a larger service department and rental fleet. Two years later they were expanding the business to the Central Coast in Wyong, NSW. They also bought a second factory unit to service the Central Coast and Hunter Valley.
By 2013, Lou was in charge of the Sales & Rentals, and Steve was manager of the Service Department, including 6 full time service technicians. The company got to the position of being able to offer: new and used forklifts, fleet management, warehouse forklifts, forklift attachments, telescopic forklifts, all-terrain buggies, onsite mobile repairs and much more. Statewide now provides forklift rentals all around Australia with around 250 units and the fleet continues to grow.
The foundation of Statewide Forklifts was built on exceptional Service & Support and today the same philosophy is imprinted in every Statewide employee and in turn reflected by our large and loyal customer base.

FORKLIFT SERVICE AND REPAIRS
Repairs and servicing can be carried out on-site by our highly skilled service and technical team, who are dedicated to providing first-class support and are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
All makes and models of forklifts are handled and our service techs can carry out all types of work from minor adjustments to major rebuilds. We have a traction battery and charger repair service on hand if required.
No Call-out Fee for The Service of Multiple Forklifts We do not charge a call-out fee if you have multiple forklifts that need servicing. We will gladly service all your forklifts in 1-2 days with no extra charge.
Call-Out Fee will be charged for general repairs on-site & breakdowns.
